Meticulously restored Craftsman-style home, a treasured piece of history revived to its former glory. When we acquired this timeless gem, we embarked on a journey of restoration, peeling back the layers to reveal its original charm and character. From the moment we laid eyes on its sturdy yet weathered frame, we knew this home held a story waiting to be retold. With reverence for its heritage, we meticulously deconstructed the interior, stripping it down to its bare bones. Resting on a foundation of ancient lava rocks, we undertook the monumental task of lifting the home and crafting a new, robust concrete foundation. Embracing the ethos of the Craftsman style, we harmoniously blended modern sensibilities with traditional craftsmanship, ensuring each detail paid homage to the home's rich history. As a testament to our dedication, we also erected a new garage, seamlessly integrating it into the property's timeless aesthetic. The result? We acquired this charming Spanish-style residence from its long-time owner. Undertaking a comprehensive renovation, we revitalized the original structure from the ground up, meticulously renovating every aspect. In addition, we expanded the living space by 500 square feet to craft a master suite, seamlessly blending modern comfort with timeless architecture. Moreover, recognizing the potential for additional income, we transformed the existing two-car garage into a stylish studio ADU, offering versatility and financial opportunity for the new owners.

Spanish Breeze
We acquired this property by assisting the previous owner through a foreclosure situation and facilitating her relocation to Ohio. While preserving much of the home's original layout, we undertook a gentle renovation to highlight its authentic Spanish charm and character. The previous owner had combined two bedrooms and two bathrooms to create an expansive master suite; however, we restored the home to its original configuration of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Situated atop a higher elevation, we aimed to optimize the stunning views and breezy ambiance by installing two sets of double doors—one leading from the kitchen and another from the master bedroom out to an oversized deck adjacent to both areas of the home.

This home sat vacant for several years before we purchased it from the owner, who sought a discreet transaction. While the property was well-maintained, we added modern updates while preserving its original Cape Cod charm, resulting in a beautifully transitioned Cape Cod style home.
